Ovvio Billing · Billing software built by the people who run billing.

Know where every claim is, and who is working it.

Ovvio Billing runs the whole floor of a billing company: claim inventory and assignment, the daily board, payment posting, patient outreach, QA, and per-clinic reporting. One system, built inside a working operation.

01Home

The whole floor, before you open a single claim.

What the team was assigned, what it closed this week, what is stuck and what is waiting on a supervisor — computed from the same records the agents are working, not from a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays.

02The board

One column per status, so nothing sits in someone's inbox.

A claim enters as Open and leaves as Done, and every step between is a column an agent can see. Cards carry the payer, the clearinghouse response, who it is assigned to, how many times it has rolled over, and the time already logged against it — so picking up someone else's claim does not start from zero.

  • Nine columns, grouped by clinic or by agent.
  • Rollover count on the card, not buried in history.
  • Move a ticket and the timer follows it.

03Distribution

Inventory in, assigned out, on the record.

Import the clinic's claim file, sort by aging bucket, and hand work to specialists. Ovvio remembers who touched a claim before and how long that kind of claim usually takes, so the same person gets it back instead of the queue restarting.

  • Aging buckets from 0–30 through >180 days.
  • Rejected assignments come back with a reason.
  • Assign Log: every handoff, timestamped.

04Your team

You stop asking who is working, and on what.

Presence, the claim each agent has open right now, time per claim, and a per-agent scorecard with rollover and close rate. Not surveillance theatre — the numbers a supervisor needs to reassign work before a claim ages out.

05The day on a timeline

The shift, as it actually happened.

Every presence change and every claim an agent opened, on one row. Zoom into a single hour or pan across the whole shift. This is the record behind the invoice a clinic questions, and the one a supervisor opens before a coaching conversation.

  • Presence and claim time come off the same record — nothing is entered twice.
  • Presence states for the real work: Sending Claims, Contact Insurance, Training.
  • Filter to Billers, Posters or QA — posting lanes replay on the same timeline.

06Posting

Payment posting is its own worklog, not a side task.

ERA and manual checks run on a separate board with its own statuses, review step and posters. Register checks, pull the next ticket, and send anything wrong back to be fixed — without touching the billing queue.

And the money that got posted, per poster.

Poster Production pairs three things a posting supervisor otherwise reconciles by hand: tickets completed, dollars actually posted, and handle time. Group it by poster, by clinic, or by originating biller.

07Reports

Aging you can act on, time you can defend.

Rollover / Aging shows the open backlog by how many times a claim has been pushed, not just by date. Time Worked adds up the week day by day — claims closed against hours tracked — and drills down by clinic and agent. This is the report you send a clinic that asks what it is paying for.

Backlog by rollover age

312 open claims in the backlog.

In three sentences

  • No missing hours

Time is logged against the claim as the agent works it. Presence, claim time and rollover come off the same record.

  • No fragmented software

Board, distribution, posting, patient outreach, QA and reporting are one product with one login.

  • No status meetings

The board is the status. Aging, close rate and time per clinic are already there when someone asks.

Questions

Questions you are going to ask

Answered with what is true today. Where part of an answer is not settled yet, it says so, and we cover it on the first call.

  • Who is behind this?

Ovvio Billing was built inside a working billing operation, and that operation runs on it every day. The figures at the top of this page are its own.

  • What happens to the data we already have?

Claim inventory imports by CSV today, through Import & Assign in Distribution; that part is in production. What else transfers, and from which systems, we scope with each operation on the first call.

How it starts

Three steps, in this order.

  1. A call about your operation

How many clinics, how many agents, which payers, and where the work leaks today. A conversation, not a deck.

  2. One clinic on the board

We import that clinic's inventory, assign it to a small group of agents, and you work real claims before anything else moves.

  3. The rest of the book

Clinic by clinic, on your schedule. No cutover weekend: the clinics already running stay untouched while the next one comes on.

Access
